This hyflex micro course experience is designed to integrate with a student’s mainstream programme. They work towards their leadership aspirations, extending on existing experiences. The design reflects the micro course’s role in a suite aligned with university graduate attributes. A rich yet low-touch facilitation approach is realised with a combination of peers, university staff mentors and alumni mentors.
