Drawing on pre- and post-pandemic examples and practices, this workshop actively steps participants through this model. It constructively challenges default traditions and ensures the design has the learner and learning task at the centre of the experience. To ensure sustainability and encourage proactive improvement, the realities of resourcing, maintaining and evaluating these designs are also part of the engagement.
